I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The Dinosaur Theme Park access on levels 26 & 27 was a fantastic addition for guests. The rooms were cozy and came with complimentary breakfast; although there were no extra beds available, the overall experience was delightful.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient for shopping, and the staff provided excellent service. However, the room had some issues like an unpleasant view and a faulty wardrobe, not exactly what I expected for a romantic style stay.

The hotel is located right at KSL mall, surrounded by loads of food options. The rooms offer a large TV but lack cleanliness in the bathroom. The service is accommodating, with a friendly receptionist. The dining experience provides a good spread of variations but could offer more. The location is in a very prime area, adjacent to the mall, making shopping convenient.
